Deflecto – Sate-Lite Group was established in 1960, which headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. There are 5 factories respectively located in Guangdong Province of China, Indiana, California of the United State, Toronto, Canada, and Great Britain Wales. With the development of international business, the Group develop their business in Asia dramatically. 

In 1998, the factory was established in Foshan City Guangdong Province, China, which is set up as the first wholly-owned subsidiary and a manufacturing base in Asia Pacific region to meet the needs of rapid development of ventilation business.

From 22rd to 24th May , Deflect-o greatly displayed its innovative products including aluminum foil hose wire, aluminum foil rigid pipe, tube range hoods, water heaters strong emission tube, hose clamps, metal outlet, plastic outlet, check valves, adapters and reducers in Chengdu New International Convention and Exhibition Center.
